Meaningful team-building that includes employee families—creating authentic connections with people from different backgrounds while strengthening your team culture.

For Your Organization:
Demonstrate authentic commitment to community connection and CSR values
Support employees' desire for purpose-driven work
Create content for internal communications and culture storytelling
Build genuine relationships with local nonprofit partners
How It Works
Getting Started: The Partnership Process
Step 1: Consultation
We discuss your team size, values, goals, and scheduling needs
Step 2: Custom Design
We work with you and nonprofit partners to create an experience aligned with your culture
Step 3: Coordination
We handle all logistics—you just show up
The Experience: Three-Part Structure
Every KinCorps Corporate Family Experience follows the same carefully designed process as our family experiences:
1. Pre-Reflection (Facilitated before the experience)
We prepare your team and their families thoughtfully. What to expect. How to engage respectfully. Questions that open doors rather than close them.
2. The Experience (1-2 hours)
Your team and their families learn directly from community members through shared activities—cooking, creating, storytelling, skill-sharing. These aren't performances. They're authentic interactions.
3. Post-Reflection (Facilitated after the experience)
We help everyone process what they learned, felt, and experienced. Making meaning together is how learning sticks.

FAQ for Corporate Clients
-
Traditional corporate volunteering is task-focused (packing boxes, sorting donations) and one-directional. KinCorps Corporate Family Experiences are relationship-focused—your team and their families learn directly from community members who are positioned as teachers and experts.
The impact is different: instead of feeling good about "helping," your team builds genuine connections with people from different backgrounds while seeing colleagues as whole people with families.
-
Our corporate offering is specifically designed as a family experience because:
It lets employees connect as whole people beyond their work roles
Children ages 5-13 benefit from empathy development during critical years
Families create deeper bonding than employee-only events
It aligns with our mission of youth and family engagement
-
Our optimal experience size is 25-40 participants total (employees + their family members). This size allows for meaningful interaction while maintaining the intimacy needed for authentic connection.
For larger groups, we can run multiple simultaneous sessions. Contact us to discuss options for your team size.
-
For participants: 2-3 hours total (including pre-reflection, experience, and post- reflection)
For your coordination team: 2-3 hours initial planning, 1 hour day-of coordination
We handle all logistics, facilitation, and follow-up.
-
We recommend 6-8 weeks for initial planning and community partner coordination. This allows time to align the experience with your values and ensure all logistics are in place.
Rush experiences may be possible with 3-4 weeks notice depending on availability.
-
We co-create every experience with our nonprofit partners based on what community members want to share. Examples include shared meals with storytelling, creative collaboration through art or crafts, and cultural exchange activities.
We work with you to ensure the experience aligns with your corporate values and creates meaningful connections for your team.
